This property is incredible! Every summer my family rents a house on the Vineyard and we have a traditional routine of going to all our favorite restaurants and destinations all around the island. This year was different, we did none of that and it was the best year ever! There’s so much to do on this playground of a property that nobody wanted to leave it. The backyard is enormous and in addition to the bocce ball court, we found every lawn game you could think of in the pool house. We organized a tournament playing games outside all day and at night we moved inside to play billiards, air hockey and ping pong. Every structure on the compound from the gym to the guest house is wired with Sonos sound systems that you can control with your phone. The outdoor kitchen/bar was my favorite. We made frozen margaritas all afternoon and the kids had a blast at Make Your Own Pizza Night as there’s a legit pizza oven attached to the outdoor grill. The property abuts a bird sanctuary and I highly recommend getting up early at least once to walk the nature trails and watch the sun come up over Katama Bay and Chappy(don’t worry, they have an espresso machine if you’re not a morning person).

We had an unbelievable time at this house! The location is prime and the property itself is beautiful. We loved how close we were to the beach as well as Edgartown center. All of the amenities that were included were great and the house was so well kept upon our arrival. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had which made us feel incredibly welcomed and comfortable. This vacation house exceeded all of the expectations that we had and we are hoping to stay again! Highly recommend!!

My family has had some great experiences through VRBO but nothing has compared to this house. The house is so big. gorgeous, beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, steps from South Beach, and the owner and caretaker were both incredibly nice and accommodating... We have already booked for summer 2022 and can’t wait to return and see it in the summertime!
